Great service, up front and honest, very responsive, and helpful. They helped our son to get his 1st car and they treated him ver well. The car was exactly as described in their Ad. They were up front and honest about price and additional state required expenses. Can’t thank them enough for making our son’s first car purchase experience very satisfying and positive!

I just got this awesome all-wheel drive BMW 325xi from Dennis over at Alex-Bay Rental Car & Truck Sales. He was very professional and was willing to work with me and my situation. That is something that a big dealer would not do. I will go back to Dennis and get my next car/truck/bike from him.

Bought a scion tc from the guy. 2 weeks later the right brake caliber started to stick and warped the rotar. Brought it back they fixed it no issue.. A week later the left side made a funny noise so I called him to tell him. He said I was "finding things wrong with the vehicle" just to have it fixed for free. The wheel was shaking and it was making weird noises. A few days later I brought it up after they agreed to fix it. And in the exit ramp my wheel literally fell off. The owner said someone sabataged my lug nuts and someone loosened them. But they were the last ones to touch the car. Plus I'm on a military installation. They fixed the wheel but refused to pay for the body damage caused by the wheel falling off. The owner also lied on the bill of sale saying it had 1000 less miles then when I actually bought it. So he legally cut around the new york lemon law (1000 miles or 30 days). He still hasn't fixed the fender and has hung up on me multiple times.. He does not support our troops and has disrespected a military soldier. Don't buy anything from him. His maintenance is shady and he lies in legal documents
