Friendly staff, prompt service, and frequent upgrades. Was in and out with my rental in less than 15 minutes, the return process was equally as fast. Under new management and they’re doing a great job.

Awesome customer service. Even though they closed at 2 pm and i walked in the door right at 2 pm the representative was still willing to assist me without being in a rush.

The staff is excellent! The rental smelled of cigars. As a frequent renter, this car should not have been released/turned around until the smell issue was dealt with properly. I was pressed for time and could not wait for an exchange.

I rented he roomiest four-passenger sedan available, a Chrysler 300 with 40k miles, to tour my two children through my birthplace. Larger than what I wanted, no smaller car was available. It had a wheel slightly out of balance at 65 mph, gave me three false tire under-pressure warnings during the week, and the rear sunshade had a broken drive motor. Its V6 gave me reasonably good gas mileage (driven with cruise control at mostly 55 mph) around 25 mpg. I did not use the pick-up or delivery service; I used another car. I thought the rate was pretty high - I thought I had reserved a smaller car.

I had totaled my car and the insurance company rented one from Enterprise. Everyone was very good to me. They gave me a good car and I was able to return it in another city where I had purchased a new car. All of the employees were very kind and helpful.
