Called the Trunk rental side for information on how much the truck would cost with insurance and any other details I would need to know. First time they answered their phone as advised me that I would need to speak to the commercial side. After which I was transferred to a dead line. Assuming it was mistake and I had been transferred to the wrong place. I called back assuming I would be transferred again this time to the correct person. Who ever was there decided to stop answering the phone and just let it ring out, assuming they were busy when I called back a second time. This time the picked up and hung up on me and didn't bother to say anything. Needless to say I will never be going to or calling this location. All around terrible experience.

Amazing Enterprise Location. Great customer service. I also wanted to give a special thanks to Alec E for following up with a curtousy email to ensure everything was great with my rental. Keep up the amazing customer service you guys provide. Thanks

Rented a vehicle for a week, received a great Chevy Impala, a relatively luxurious riding vehicle (a major gas guzzler though, only a week though), efficient and friendly service.

Extremely disappointed with this experience and will never come back to this location. This year I rented the car from another enterprise multiple times and even once for 3 months through work because I genuinely like another location, I figured I'd give this location a chance. The worst experience ever. My card was having issues due to a system error on my banks end I was being helped by a customer service representative and then I had to deal with the bank on the phone. I had to have the car to pick up family arriving at the airport from overseas so anyway it took a while but the bank found the problem and I went back to the desk. This other person came his name was Kyle. He said my card was declined and refused to scan it again even though the bank told me in front of him that the error was on their end and that he should give it another go. But this man started to talk very loudly about my card being declined so much so that everyone started looking at me. That was extremely rude and unnecessary. Then I asked him to please swipe the card again and he said he can't because of company policy and that he wants to follow the rules. First of my card had this issue before and the other Enterprise locations swiped twice no problem and said that they do have a rule against swiping twice but they are willing to overlook it because its a system error. This guy talked to me in the most condescending and rude tone possible. Basically spoke to me like I was a five year old. I asked him to stop with that tone and speak to me in a normal voice but he just laughed and continued. I hope that this person learns how to talk to people and understands that rules are there and need to be followed but sometimes it's okay to bend them if there is a good reason. In my case my bank was having issues and I urgently needed that rental. I wasted an hour on the phone with the bank there because no one told me they wouldn't retry the card and he showed up and treated me like a dog. I hope that Mr. KYLE gets retrained for customer service. This was a really unkind and horrible way to speak to a customer but even more importantly a human being.
