Perfect service, reasonable prices and reliable cars.

I had rented vehicles with them before, apart the facts it is not possible to get proper service in french , i was moderately satisfied with my experience. I went there today to pick up a car i had reserved i i used my road bike to get there, since the bike is worth quite a bit of money i entered the office with the bike.. the employee refused to serve e unless i left my bike outside which is quite unfortunate because since i cannot leave a 5K bike outside i had to go to to discount a block away (they gladly let my bike in) FIlled a complaint with customer service, the guy called joseph ended up laughing at me . this will be the last time i use practicar or rent a wreck

Got charged reparations I had nothing to do with. Took the money straight from my credit card and couldn't do anything about it. The guy was almost laughin' at my face. They're thieves and I wish they rot in hell.
