TERRIBLE!!! DISHONEST!!! This was the worst experience we have ever had with a car rental company. We rented from Tampa International Airport and were served by Edward. He was dishonest about the need for the toll pass...I guess getting commission is more important to him than telling the truth. Why not watch the tapes of our conversation to see his deceit in action (September 15th - approximately 12-2pm)? This is no longer about the $80 he stiffed us for, it is about principle. The actions of your employees represent you as a business. I urge you to consider looking into this fella. He may have fooled us once, but we will NEVER use Executive Car Rental again! We have also not received our deposit back...it is 3 weeks after our trip. We have been given a couple different explanations for why and have been promised to receive it in a couple days, but it is hard to trust a company whose employee has clearly lied to us already. Don't make the same mistake I did and choose the cheapest rental car place...spend a few extra dollars and use a reputable HONEST company instead and save yourself the aggravation.

They reported to my insurance company that there was a dent on the car which is then they charged my insurance company $3,000 to fix a dent on top of all that once they receive the money from the insurance they told me they would mail out my deposit and that was 7 months ago I don't know how anybody could deal with these Arabs they are bad for business and a disgrace to My Religion because I am Arabic to so I suggest people stay away from them and go to Enterprise they have cheaper cars and are way better Please be aware that if you give them your deposit money they will never give it back to you if you continue reading posts from different people they all claim they never received their deposit back some people minorities even got charged more than I got charged on a deposit they said they were taken care of me because I was one of their people go figure right I suggest everybody stay away from them

Executive is THE WORST car rental company I've ever dealt with. I rented with them because they are $25 less than the other companies. BIG MISTAKE. HUGE. I reserved a car for $125 with unlimited miles. When I picked it up I was told they are charging an additional $500 on my credit card. CREDIT CARD. Charging an additional $500. Ok, I needed the car so I accepted that. I returned the car full but got an email that I was charged $187. I called them twice and hung up after a 20 minute hold. It's now been 6 days and the charge on my card is still $625.12. Save yourself the frustration and avoid this Executive Car Rental like the plague.

Zero star if Google will allow me. Still waiting for $250 deposit. Worst Experience Ever!! These guys will not get your deposit back as they promised. That day I rented a car from them their credit card machine was not working waited for few hours then nothing, I end up going get cash and paid cash for the rental and $250 deposit. Until this date I still did not receive my deposit they told me 24hrs then they told me 3 weeks I waited and called them so many times. Nothing now 5 weeks has passed and again nothing. They give me few numbers to calls no one answers and voicemail is full. These guys are SCAMMERS!!!

Well, I guess I'm another dissatisfied customer ... I turned in my rental on time with the gas at the appropriate level as when I received it, clean, and no damages... I have yet to receive my $320.70 deposit back from August. The accounting office phone number has a mailbox which has been full since I've been calling it and this is just terrible! They haven't responded to the Better Business Bureau inquiry. Shameful, shameful business practices! Update: To be fair, I received my deposit yesterday... it is, however, unfortunate that I had to wait nearly 3 months and file a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau and Attorney General for a resolution ... it is not only the point of the money owed ... but it is more the principle of the matter ... treat people the way you want them to treat you ... the whole point of a review is to let others know of your experience with an establishment and it is a shame that this was not a positive experience for me ... I will not be back ... nor will my family ...
