Great service all around. The guys there have always been great there's never any issue and they help accommodate my needs.

I wanted to rent an economy car for a trip and save gas money from using my own daily car. When I got there they lent me a SUV which ended costing me more gas money. In the end I could have just used my daily drive car and saved my money, I'm kind of disappointed by the communication. I asked why a SUV and the guy at the store said: We didn't have the other one in stock. Then why not call me and tell me that? Especially I rented the car a week ahead. Why would I rent a SUV and spend more money?

Nice friendly staff. Rented truck there several times - no problems so far

Do not trust enterprise or any of there partners, Alamo and National. First off these cars aren’t brand new, used cars coming back from the dealer, the cars are usually dirty with high mileage. You get the best service at the airport and on cure labelle in Laval, this location is horrible and so are the staff, the manager is terrible and overcharged my account twice without my authorization. Very unprofessional. Never trust enterprise car rental.

Don't trust this place. We wanted to rent a car from Fri to Sat and they told us that we could pick up the car end of day on Thu with no extra charge. The car was returned on Sat afternoon. They charged us for 3 days, claiming that any rental for the weekend is 3 days. They never explained this condition and we wouldn't have rented the car if that was the case or would have kept the car until Mon. Very incompetent staff.
