Great experience! Dara was friendly and helpful. Their prices are cheaper than other places and the cars are brand new. They even offered to drive me to the metro after I brought back the car. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to rent a car for cheap with great customer service :)

Marko at the Paré branch off Decarie was very helpful, honest and made my experience very low stress. He even showed me two options for what I needed and ensured I had all the relevant info to make a choice. He did not pressure me and I felt very comfortable when I returned the car. I intend to rent for my Xmas vacation.

I would totally recommend this branch of Globecar. The service was professional and quick. They provided me with a good-quality car and were very accomodating when I made a mistake on the online form. They also refunded me some money because I brought back the car early, and offered me a lift to the metro station! Dara in particular has been very helpful. I will definitely use their service again!

We had rented with Globe several times before without a problem but I am afraid to say this time was the exception. Apparently there were a number of rental reservations a half hour ahead of us and things at the kiosk backed up badly and with our 3:00 booking we didn't get away until almost 4:30. Then we were given a vehicle that should not have been rented to us and that evening we had go to their head office to exchange it for another. It was frustrating at the time but after an amicable discussion with Globe staff after I returned home I feel the issues have been resolved.
