From the moment I stepped onto the shuttle bus to the final drop off, this was a 5 star experience. The first shuttle driver was very polite, friendly, helpful, and engaging. A woman shouted "Hello!" to me once inside the building and directed me to the agent, Abel, who took care of my reservation and answered all of my questions. Abel took me to my rental car and was also extremely friendly, courteous, engaging, sincere, professional, helpful and most of all, kind. I never felt anything other than part of their family. Departing was just as easy and friendly. My final shuttle bus driver was so nice and down-to-earth that I gave him a $20 tip and a hug. I couldn't believe the magical experiences I had with Enterprise at the Detroit airport. I would highly recommend them to everyone. You are in the best of hands. God Bless.

The staff when I picked up the car and dropped it off were lovely. I had 2 car seats booked for my reservation for an almost 2 and almost 4 year old. They brought out a normal car seat and an infant car seat. Then when I said my 20 Month old was too big for the infant seat they brought out a booster seat, which was too big for my almost 4 year old. They then had to get a normal car seat from national car rental. This ate up a bit of time, especially after a flight from Australia to LA to Detroit. Luckily I had a friend meet me at the airport to help with me. I did get an upgrade to an SUV, so that was nice. I wish they had special services for someone like me who was travelling by myself with two small kids, one with medical needs. I had a lot of luggage coming from overseas for a month. It was a lot of work to get from the airport to where the shuttles meet you. Overall, it wasn’t a bad experience because the staff were so lovely.

So we came in after hours and received a car from Enterprise's partner Alamo. The car smelled like smoke and over all wasn't that great. So we took it back to Enterprise and they hooked us up with a great fee upgrade, gave us multiple discounts and waived the gas. It was amazing! The staff was more than wonderful and I wish all the rental places I use were like this one. I for sure am planning to stick with Enterprise after this experience.

I rented 2 vehicles over the course of 6 days. The representatives were nice. My issue was when I arrived I walked in the rep told me to walk up to the counter it was 12:35 at the time my rental wasn’t until 1 pm. I informed her of that and she said “it’s fine”. When I returned the vehicle the rep in return told me my total was $20 more than initially. I asked why she said I was an hour late I told her what happened when I first got the vehicle. She adjusted the price back (very nice young lady). Being so focused on the matter at hand I left one of my bags in the trunk and proceeding to start with my new reservation. The day before I returned the vehicle I realized I didn’t have my bag. I called the lost and found the lady informed me that she would tag it and someone would be there to give it to me which she did (awesome). Overall good location, friendly people just be mindful when they tell you it’s okay to get the rental early because it’s not okay lol they’ll charge you. Be sure to inspect the vehicles both of mine were dirty on the inside (cloth seats had stains like you wouldn't believe).

I'm always happy with Enterprise. The customer service has always been really efficient---fast and friendly! Just what you need when you're travelling. In Detroit, there is always an Enterprise shuttle van waiting and it leaves as soon as I get on--one of the drivers told me they have eight shuttles running so there is never a wait. I've never had to wait in line when I get to the store either because the shuttle driver phones ahead to let them know a client is on the way. Prices seem to be very competitive as well.
