I have used this enterprise location and I have to say while we may have had a rocky start James helped me a great deal. Each time I go in they James and Melissa are just wonderful. I’d recommend this enterprise to anyone who need to rent a car and desire loyal, honest and dedicated customer service. I’m a platinum member of enterprise and I been to many locations throughout metro Detroit this is one of the best locations and James is a wonderful manager.

What’s the point of reserving a vehicle online if all you’re going to do is call and say you don’t have any vehicles to rent?!? I went to a different company and had NO PROBLEM GETTING A VEHICLE!!!! You just lost a long term customer and I will be telling everyone I know not to go to this particular location!!!!

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE THEY WILL TREAT U.LIKE FAMILY I CAN DEFENITELY SAY 100% THAT THIS IS ONE OF SEVERAL ENTERPRISE LOCATIONS ACROSS METRO DETROIT THAT REALLY OPERATE AS THIER SLOGAN SAYS!!! I WOULD DEFINITELY WISH THE ROCHESTER HILLS AUBURN RD/ROCHESTER ROAD LOCATION TO LEARN FROM THESE FOLKS WHAT REAL CUSTOMER SERVICE IS LIKE !!! My Niece, her family n I just rented a car this weekend from the Enterprise on Plymouth Rd in Redford. The gentlemen that waited on us were wonderful. We got a great deal n an upgrade that was greatly appreciated as we over pack n needed the room. Thank you again for the service n we ... will be back!
