Excellent customer service. They aim to please. They rented me an upgraded vehicle, a 2019 Colorado red pick up truck, when the car I reserved online was not available and charged me the same price I would paid for the car. I love it!!! They have me as a customer for life. They know how to treat their customers and make them satisfied and happy. I am a satisfied customer. Thank u Enterprise Car Rental for going that extra mile putting smiles on this customer face.

Great service. One of the better rental locations. Quick, courteous and efficient.

I got a Toyota from Enterprise through my insurance company while my car was in the shop. Tony is the most experienced and genuinely helpful person I've ever dealt with at a rental car company.

Definitely not the greatest experience with them! I went in with my family discount ready to do business then I found out their policy changed in June about not accepting debit cards anymore. Unless the debit card is tied to a bank account, you can't use it anymore. Would've helped to know this info before I even reserved the vehicle. That's okay, there's ways around that for me. After speaking to customer service at the corporate location, they seem to be on a different page than the rental locations as far as policy goes. One person is telling me one thing on the phone, but at the rental location I'm hearing a whole different thing! Get it together y'all! Well at least I know now what I have to do before I rent there next time. I might even go to a different location anyway just to see a different set of faces.

Great service each time I've been in. I will definitely return and tell others.
