Everything was great and more than expected, 5-Stars, mostly due to Becki 🙌🏼 And thanks for the free upgrade.

Excellent service, everything was very professional and timely. We even got an unexpected upgrade to premium. Becki especially provided excellent service.

I have used other Budget Rental branches and found them to provide excellent service. However, at this particular branch I was misled about the service I was being provided and the company took absolutely no responsibility for it or was even prepared to ask the service rep I spoke to. They simply charged me the fees I had been given to understand I’d already paid and a £30 ‘administration charge’ on top of that. Caveat emptor seems to be their modus operandi.

Great service, good cars and reasonably priced upgrade to a fabulous Mercedes. Plus, the employee that served us, William was really friendly, helpful and funny - an asset to the company.
