This was my worst experience ever. The manager Becky was very incompetent and the funny thing is she’s the store manager. I’ve been a store manager for 25 years and Becky had the worst customer service. I asked her questions about the car and price and she was very clueless. What happened to common product knowledge? She didn’t process the rental till 45 minutes after making me wait in the branch. I’m going to make a massive complaint to HR as the customer service this day was appalling. Avoid at all cost!

Friendly staff, always there to help. Big variety of cars. Competitive prices.

I don't recommend this rental car at all. Bad service and so unpolite staff, specially the manager "Becky". I did a booking with one week in advance and at the moment we went to pick up the car she disrespectful cancelled our booking because accoding to her the license was not authorized in the U.K but that's not true because I have booked cars in this country so many times. She was definitely showing a discriminatory approach and racist behavior. She offered to do a refund of the whole booking, but it has been more than a week and nothing has happened, we emailed customer service and they reply that the official response is due between 10-15 days. Unacceptable timing.
