One of the few car hire places south of the river and has good prices and range of cars. It isn't very near Waterloo Station and the roads around it are one-way so can be a bit confusing getting in and out of their parking lot.

A great experience all round. Customer service is excellent at all Enterprise branches I have been to, and this one is no exception. Cars are always in fantastic condition and extremely clean. My only snag the first time I was returning a car here was actually finding the place as I think the road layouts have changed since either of my satnav's were last updated, but got there in the end and this certainly doesn't take anything away from the excellent overall experience.

Very rude and very poor customer service I was charged over a thousand dollars, they forgot they had sold me their insurance, it’s been over a month and they are still processing the refund. Agent SID is so rude slam the phone on me, please avoid this place, if u must, do not return ur car after hours because they will overcharge u.

Excellent service. Very professional and do not try to talk you into getting insurance.

Really disappointing service. New management is particularly unhelpful. When faced with a simple query staff made every effort to avoid talking to me. Placed on hold repeatedly for 10 minutes or more, then when calling back for the third time, placed instantly on hold and completely ignored. Very aggregating and unprofessional. We've been a long term repeat business customer with Enterprise, had a great working relationship with the past manager and have spent a significant amount of money with them... after this experience, I'll be taking our business elsewhere.
