Excellent staff before and after car return. Our family ran into some problem with hotel accommodation, staff from Sixt were flexible and accommodated our request in returning the car later. Car's condition were impeccable and rental fees were reasonable too. Excellent service!

The two guys are brilliant and can't be phased by stress. Always friendly and patient. And for my car hire in London, this branch often comes out cheapest, and it's brilliantly connected from everywhere. As local customer, I'd also recommend strongly for non-touristy car hire, though it can get busy and the queue a bit long. The office is outside the shopping centre, about halfway through, turn left to the car park (left from the main station) and you're right next to the office. Cheers to the two guys, super service.

Great team at Sixt Victoria, always use this place when I need a car, staff are very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend a visit if looking for a car rental in central. It can be a little tricky to find, it's located in the Victoria station car park

Terrible experience. The car arrived significantly later than the scheduled delivery time, they did not complete a vehicle inspection because they were running so far behind and because it was dark when the car arrived (it shouldnt have been if it had arrived at the booked time) we didnt spot the damage either. And of course they then tried to sting us for damage that we absolutely did not cause. Awful. Dont use this company. the worst.

Mohammad and Anthony provided outstanding customer service at this Sixt location (thank you gentlemen)! We would definitely rent a car here again! The location is perfect and also has long hours which is extremely convenient for customers. I suggest spending the extra money and getting full coverage!
