Hard to locate in the car park as there's many entrances so 1 star down. But polite staff, quick collection and I'm out

They are totally scam. I was forced to pay for the existing damange that it had on the car

READ REVIEWS BEFOREHAND I was scammed by this company. I thought they had positive reviews, however when you read further (including internationally) customers experienced the same issues i did. My car had existing damage that was not picked up on the condition report upon collection (this location has a poorly lit underground carpark as its base), and was forced to pay for repairs that was not my fault - purely because it was missed by their own staff from the previous customer. They tell you that alloy rims are covered as part of your rental policy - but try to extort money from you FOR EXISTING DAMAGE after. Even had confirmation from the Manager of the Edinburgh branch (where i dropped the car off) that i would not be billed for any more than a tyre that i supposedly damaged, but ended up up receiving an invoice for items they had added on ad-hoc. The 'Manager' of Euston stopped responding to my email enquires after 2 emails, staff of the Damage Recovery section aren't professional via email. ENSURE YOU HAVE PRIVATE INSURANCE Will not be using this company again nor recommending to anyone.

I love using this site. It's a bit of a bugger to drive out from as it's in the middle of London so have busy traffic. Staff are really friendly and helpful.

Bunch of yuppie snowflakes who screw you around, fail to provide details of what is expected from the driver (a deposit via card, which isn't necessary anyway as they have your drivers licence number) and then, they withhold the refund! As if your frustration towards them for messing you around when you are moving home after two weeks of planning is somehow worse in comparison, feelz before realz etc, so these two yuppie snowflakes who thought they would climb high but ended up in a sweatbox underground with diesel on their breath all day, only respond to pity towards them, completely resentful about their life choice and at any opportunity, they try to act like the liberal-libertarian fascist anarcho-capitalist bullies that logically proceeds from such snowflakes by withholding money for doing nothing at all as if they are the government based on some subjective rule of law that begins where their feelings are and ends where your rights do too. Typical bureaucracy of these imperialist American big-corps, that have become bigger than countries in terms of capital and employees, they mess you around, provoke you and commit theft.
