Car was fine. Service was fine. When I received the receipt, £20 had been added on. I contacted customer service three times using the email address on their website to ask why the charges had increased. No response. I then wrote a letter to their UK HQ - no response. They have charged me extra and offered no explanation.

Have used AVIS before and their sister Budget. Always good service (probably 4*) but this branch at victoria don’t tell you about the congestion charge. Ok, I should of know. Probably should have looked into the paperwork more closely too as AVIS will charge you an admin fee of £30 to do the honers of debiting your card for the £80 Tfl charge. I’m sure there is a better way for the consumer for this to be handled but for now. They don’t tell you or remind you, there is no poster on the wall. You just have to know to pay the charge yourself. Car was fine, friendly returns guy

Good location and range. Keep an eye on the opening hours... They keep to them (key drop outside of hours though)
