Excellent service, great car. Pickup and delivery at Heathrow went smoothly. Will definitely use City Mini again!

Had a great experience with City Mini Hire during my vacation in London. Booking, picking up, and dropping the car off was painless. Car was clean and I had no problems with it. Qen, who I met when car was delivered, was patient as we went through the details of the car when pickup and was flexible with options when I dropped it off. Price is a little on the expensive side but it makes up in quality and customer service.

It was a stunning experience riding a mini in London to Cotswold. The car was fancy and exquisite. Clean, new, and the exterior was upgraded to the jcw level. Delivery to and from where we have stayed in London was super convenient and fast. Qen who delivered and picked up the car was superb. Very friendly and kind giving all the details about the car. Highly recommended.

This was a brilliant find for me. No more getting off a long haul flight to wait in line at a rental office for ages to get a dented or scruffy rental with the model I hadn't booked. City Mini met me at Heathrow Airport and went through the car before I drove it. I got to drive a wonderful Mini Cooper - automatic, Satnav and Bluetooth provided. Effortless.

Absolutley an awesome experience! From on-time delivery directly our hotel to explaining the car throughly City Mini is first class. The car was super clean and in perfect working order. We made a last minute change for the drop off location with no problem. Thank you! Our contact Qen was totally awesome checking on us if we needed anything. Driving a Mini in London and all the way out to Stonehenge and Oxford was a blast! Thanks for helping make our vacation extra fun.
