Clean, spacious reception area and efficient service at the desk. Kudos to the staff for going the extra mile when we returned the car - we had left a portable video game device in the back seat and one of the staff chased us down (we were probably already a block or so away) to return it to us. Recommend this hard-working, trustworthy staff!

I'm having consistently superb service from Europcar lately. Marble Arch being no exception. Good value, no shenanigans, quick easy admin, charming service. It all makes a big difference. I arrived last night exhausted after an intense 3.5 hour drive in a strange country. The manager staff remained professional courteous and charming even in the face of grumpiness I'm not proud of. Thank you all at Europcar. Conduct above and beyond call of duty. Most appreciated.
