This the most terrible car rental experience in my life. I will not recommend anyone use this service. Here is my case. Booked a car on Sunday, requested a SUV for family and large suitcases. When I show up, they just give me a small car. I had discuss with them and tell them I travel with my family(including a 3yrs old kid) and have many luggage. They just told me I only have 2 options, accept or cancel the booking. I had booked all my tour, how can i cancel my booking!! Finial 4 ppl need to fit in this car and 1 seat need to use for put luggage. For doing this, I wasted more than 3 hours there. The staff there are also very funny, they just pass me the key on the desk then go away. They not check the car with me or show me how to use. They just want me to learn it by myself, I think at least they should show me how to start the engine. 1 more unacceptable thing is when I back home and saw the card statement. They charge me GBP 200 more without any reason. I had send email to them and they just ignore me. Their service was totally unacceptable. Due to the car they provided, this trip is not so happy as the car just got tiny space for my family. Summary, bad service and bad experience. I had send many email complain and looking for someone who can give me a reply. For more than 3 weeks time, still haven't got any reply from them. I will not use this car rental company again and will not recommend ppl using it.

These guys were amazing. I was running late and after I phoned them they made sure that the car was ready and that they wouldn't leave until I had the car. Absolute lifesavers!

Location of the car rental office is convenient as it is near Victoria Tube station. Car collection is at the multi storey carpark above the office. Behind the car rental office is a shell petrol station that ease customers to pump full tank before returning the car. Staff of the car rental office are helpful & polite. I did not encounter much problem for collection & returning of the car.

DO NOT HIRE FROM HERE My review for Budget would have been quite complimentary if they had successfully resolved a situation that they had approved for me yet had not correctly completed.... Here's the story. I hired a car for two days. Arrived and picked up the car without hassle. A few hours into the hire, I rang Budget to ask if I could bring the car back the next day within 24 hours - essentially cutting the hire by one day. The person i spoke with said that was fine. The next day the car was returned first thing in the morning when the office was opened. A staff worker in the carpark told me I could leave my car in a spot near the entrance. As soon as it was parked and I was exiting, another staff member told me it couldn't be parked there and had to be moved. I didn't move it anyways as the other person seemed more likely in a higher position. I went into the office and discussed the situation with the staff member when returning the key and everything was approved. Since I had booked the car through their website it was approved for a days return. The other day was to be refunded. I took his word for it. Days later when I was checking my account, the calculations did not add up. I had since returned to my country and emailed the customer support TWICE without reply..... a reply with some explanation could have resolved this situation quite easily....I am left only to write bad reviews for my experience. Not professional or acceptable. Conclusion: I have never had a problem with customer service from other Car Rental companies such as Enterprise amongst others. I do not recommend their car rentals - not for the cars, but due to the service which is important also.
