Great location, excellent service and helpful staff, always polite and welcoming. Have hired from Hertz all over the world as they are a really good company, but I use Marble Arch regularly because of the high level of service. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. Really trustworthy and treat their customers well....Misha is especially always cheerful, greets everyone with a smile and makes you feel like a valued customer! The rating on here should be way higher

Received my final bill today from a two week rental. I returned my vehicle with gas tank full, lo and behold my final credit card bill came in with a fuel surcharge of 150 Pounds added to the bill. I'm not sure if this is the staff's incompetence or just shady business. I have to go through loops now to show i purchased gas right before my rental return (which I am equipped to do but spending the additional time and hassle is extremely frustrating). Of course I can't call this location personally and express my frustration and dissatisfaction with them because calling from the States their number is for some reason restricted. I have to deal with the home office in the States to refute the charges. I WOULD BE VERY WEARY RENTED FROM THIS LOCATION AGAIN. DOUBLE CHECK EVERYTHING ON RETURN AND MAKE SURE YOU ARE PROVIDED A HARD COPY RECEIPT (which i was not).

90 minute wait because they have 2 people serving on a bank holiday. 1 of the people working went home halfway through my wait, walked past us wearing his normal clothes and refused to get the manager to help serve. After multiple asks, the manager FINALLY came from downstairs looking extremely annoyed to be asked to leave the comfort of the office. The people working do not care about how long things take and how long people have been waiting, shocking service!!!! Once i was finally served, I took 2 minutes and my car was what I expected. Drop off process was simple

UNBELIEVABLY HORRIBLE CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE AT HERTZ MARBLE ARCH. We booked a car online 2 months ahead and when we went to pick up the car this morning we’re told the car is not available and have to pay double to “upgrade”. The one and only staff at the counter was absolutely arrogant and unhelpful. Travel plans totally messed up. WHAT A GREAT WAY TO LOSE A LONG TIME CUSTOMER HERTZ!

I am President's Circle. This is the worst that I have ever been treated. They only have 1 guy working the desks. There is another guy just staring at the other guy working. I have been here 10 minutes. They are working on the same guy. There are 6 people in front of me. I am beginning to wonder if I will make it out. I think I will go to Avis at the Marriott Marble Arch Hotel.
