Always my choice is Avis here in UK as well at Oman, UAE, Qatar.... I have used Avis Heathrow, Wembley but Avis Euston is the best I have ever seen especially Eva who's the best management running she sort any issues out to satisfy the customer

Worst among the tens of renting companies I used before. I have never in my life received a different car other than I ordered. It happened only in Avis. I ordered and paid for Peugeot 3008 but they gave me Scoda Octovia as if they are same. Why there is 30% price difference between the cars. Never again.

I cannot believe from the shocking service I received from here. I had called up and straight away I realised the tone and attitude towards me was very off. I then thought maybe they are having a bad day but then the reception staff were very unhelpful. And at this point I had felt so patronised when asking for help. The point of being a receptionist is to help people who want their services. It is very basic customer service. However, it was just very poor customer service throughout the whole conversation. I gave up trying to get their help and left. Will not recommend this company to anyone nor will I ever go for it again.

Booked a car in advance but no car available when we arrived. Avis "Preferred" customer too. 3 staff members behind the but only 1 actually working. Very lay-back on a Bank Holiday. Not the first time we've had dire service from Avis/ Budget. Won't use Avis again, so disappointing.
