Booked online through Rentalcars. Staff were friendly and efficient, ready for my arrival and flexible with changing the return time slightly. Didn't try *too* hard to upsell me. When returning the vehicle, counter staff helped to complete the vehicle check when all other staff were busy, no surprise charges at the end.

The parking lot driveway is really tight.

Second and last time I have tried to use this location. This time another bad experience - arrived 1hr before my official rental time due to problematic flight... Told would have to wait as car wasn't ready or I could take a smaller car (with no refund). I am a member of their scheme and rent lots and in all other locations the car is ready and waiting even when I have been 2 hrs early. I cancelled the booking and will not use this location again.

Booked car, called me within 24 hours to tell me they had none available. Then charged me £40 pounds for the privledge and making it a nightmare to refund

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The only downside is that the exit of the garage is very narrow and it may scary non-expert drivers. 24H dropoff
