Really fast and easy checkout procedure. The car I had only had 5 miles on the clock and it was obviously fresh and clean. The check-in procedure I did was when the office was closed so I only had to enter the parking and drop the keys in their locker. A very convenient rental location in London located in the car park just behind St. Pancras station

Worst service ever. Employee at the desk was really really slow and it was easy to compare with other car rentals as they’re all sitting in that place. Some people in the queue even if they made a reservation didn’t had a car at all ... The employee forgot to give me back my driving license and I had to come back a day after the return to be able to get it back I won’t never go there again.

Avoid this Avis at all costs, especially if hiring an Auto! Grossly incompetent, poorly trained staff and terrible customer service. Although booking months in advanced, we arrived to be abruptly notified they had no cars available. They had allegedly contacted me but when pushed, they had no number or email on file. Their only solution was to give us a refund and try hire a car elsewhere. After an hour of negotiations and talking them through how to do their job, they finally found a car at a nearby Avis. This collection was also a nightmare, they hadn't actually informed the other branch that we were collecting the car so when we arrived it had been allocated to another customer. We eventually managed to find a vehicle after some more negotiations and drove away with a car that had neither had the chance to be cleaned or refueled. I was happy to just to get out of the hell hole that is Avis though.
