Service is good, detailed instructions from the clerks. They will always try to upgrade you somehow, not all is gold, but the £25 insurance is a spend that will make your day more relaxed in the end, so go for it. Always remember to have your documents on you and be patient, they do have law requirements to satisfy in between trying to provide a good level of service, therefore losing your temper over a contract to sign is just really bad form.

Super easy company to use. Staff were friendly and the whole process was super quick. No hidden surprises or pressure to buy additional products.

Don’t go there if you don’t have a credit card. They don’t like people only have debt card. They want your credit card. Don’t know why. Even fully prepaid month before the reservation, and provided DVLA authorisation, they won’t let you have the car without a credit card. Something is not right. If you are so restricted on credit/identification check, why not make the check before customer arrive? Totally unreasonable to be refused on the day. Entire plan was destroyed. Disappointed, frustrated, humiliated

Easy to get to and staff were helpful. The deposit is withdrawn from your account when you collect the car, this is returned when the car is brought back.
