Had the Audi A3, TFSI, 2018, 150hp Convenient car, a lot of specs (s line) Staff was kind and efficient. Offered us a great upgrade for 80pounds instead of 200. Didn’t go for it but it was kind anyway.

After arriving a bit over my scheduled time I was concerned that my rented vehicle may have been overbooked, which it was but was offered an even more luxurious vehicle after been greeted by Jonathan who was very calming, knowledgeable and all-round excellent. He went as far as lightening the mood by being re-assuring of all my proposed questions which made the booking experience very pleasurable. Handover time was very swift and easy, Jonathan made sure all steps, terms and conditions were explained and no hidden charges. The booking experience was so pleasurable that I extended the rental. Jonathan was not present at this time but was greeted by another exemplary employee by the name of Emmanuel who made sure everything was done accordingly. I was not charged extra for the level of car given but charged at the price for the initial vehicle I had booked. Will definitely be booking here again and one of my favourite locations on my Sixt app.

GREAT service from Emmanuel and team. St P needs better signage when coming off a UK train but once there the service was friendly helpful and genuine. Process was quick and harmless and we were off. Arriving back in the Sunday morning was easy you can just park.up drop the key at the desk and leave. we received a reminder text then confirmation they had the key etc. Definitely for us again next time.
