Make sure to avoid dealing with this branch, the employees are rude and unprofessional. They think they are running a family business instead of representing BUDGET! One word of advice to Budget management here, ensure ethnic diversity and multiculturalism in all of your branches, I am sure you will get my point.

Please check the fuel tank before leaving the premises. I took a car and it says full but the range was showing only 466 and even after 200 KM it is still showing full(excellent Mileage). I filled it with a doubt and it took more than 40 liters to fill this after 200 KM drive. I wasn't sure which reading to trust. complete rip off my pocket in this experience.

The worst customer service that i ever had in my life. I greeted him and didn't receive any response. The rep didn't listen to us at all. He didn't provide proper information about most of rental agreement terms. I questioned and got the information. Please take pictures and check the vehicle completely, before you rent the vehicle. Make sure , if there is any damage. Overall, i didn't receive good experience here.

Would love if they had a second entrance to the place along O'Connor. Sometimes I'm sitting at the edge of the turn for 5 minutes because of high traffic, construction and pedestrians. Otherwise good!
