After being let down by all the top car rental providers in the city, all of which funnily had the same excuse, car's windscreen blade was damaged can't rent the car etc. etc. I found Practicar by chance and to be the most reliable. I rang just over 12 hours before I needed to collect and they had 1 more car available, though by appearance it may not have been the best looking car, but it got me to where I needed to go and back in one piece. Though this company may not have all the bells and whistles of the big companies, but they were the most reliable during one of the busiest weekends of the summer and had amazing customer service. They have some of the best prices for car rentals in the city. I'm definitely going back here for all my future rentals.

THE ABSOLUTE WORSE!!! The cars are beat up and very dirty... I visited Canada from US for business and upon arrival my Credit Card didn't work.. Therefore, I was stuck without the ability to rent a vehicle through normal channels, I search the internet to find a company that would take a cash deposit and found practicar. I reserved my car (boy was it dirty, but I needed to get to Burlington from Toronoto) paid a $500 cash deposit plus rental car rate and drove away. I returned the car in better condition than received it and was told I'd have my refund within 30days. That was early Jan 2018, today September 11 2018 I still have not received my refund. Tatiana now doesn't even respond to my calls or emails. I've given her every opportunity possible to refund my money prior to me leaving a negative review but obviously she doesn't care. DO NOT RENT FROM Practicar RentAWreck, I could have had a pesonal driver for that $500 rather that have them steal it.

Good morning, thank you for the rental of the vehicle. Here are a few suggestions that I hope you will consider; please ensure there is a snow brush in the vehicle in the winter; please make sure you check your phone messages when a customer calls with a concern; please consider putting a snow tires on the vehicle in the winter or some extra weight in the trunk as the vehicle was extremely slippery; the $500 pre-authorization fee you charged seems excessive especially when renting a used vehicle, it's the highest amount I have ever had to pay when renting a vehicle; please make sure the key fob has a fresh battery as the battery was dead. In the winter time when the locks freeze it can be difficult to enter the vehicle.
