We come here, a lot. Almost always get in and out with no wait or confusion. We book through Costco website and get great rates. There's a 250 deposit, and Costco offers a reduced insurance rate too. The one thing I encounter here is the cars are sometimes given in subpar condition as far as cleaning goes. Easily remedied if they took 30 extra seconds to wipe the interior down. Still beats driving to the airport. The other places down the road were crazy wait times and service was awful.

I was charged almost $500 for what my insurance didn’t cover. The collision facility had pre arranged to pay the difference, and I never authorized my debit card to be used for this amount.so zero income, Then enterprise flat out lies and tells me the refund had already been processed and need to wait 3 days for it to clear. Well its bn a week now, call enterprise this morning, they never issued a refund, claim to be waiting on payment from the collision shop. AGAIN, NOT MY PROBLEM, I was never supposed to be charged. I have always used Enterprise, but I will not EVER use them again

I was having a really crummy day on Friday, September 14. I arrived to pick up my vehicle and this energizing group of young men and women upgraded my vehicle and made my entire weekend better! They were great about getting me to & from the collision shop! The guys at the rental office were pleasant. The vehicle HOWEVER--needed to have the wheel bearings taken care of which would be a problem for someone needing it longer or driving it further or on the freeway faster. Apparently that had been brought to their attention & it was not addressed. Bad idea...
