I rented a trailer on a Sunday morning, renting it the whole day. I returned it at 9pm the same day after hours (as per the contract) in the place I was supposed to. I get a call the following Tuesday with the lady being really rude, demanding, "where is the trailer???" She kept telling me that she hasn't seen the trailer since we rented it, and that it's missing. She didn't even check the security cameras before calling me! She said, word for word, "I don't even think they point there." Check your damn security cameras before you start hounding your customers!! I get a call a week later from their regional office (after phoning customer service a few times) saying that the trailer has been found. Turned out they just rented it out the last Monday (day after I returned it) and didn't even realize! This location is EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL and I don't think I'd rent from them again. Absolutely no apologies or any forms of compensation offered for their incompetence. Disappointed.

The person here was rude and refused to take our U-Haul. However, just as I was to call uhaul they did take it.
