Would give them -5 stars if I could. Dreadful service, horrible phone manners from the staff (*Customer calls to inquire about his reservation, staff answers ‘WHAT ABOUT IT?!*) and to top it off, I never received my truck after waiting in the freezing cold for 2 hours. I don’t know who are worse, UHaul, or this poor excuse for a dealership. Better to lug your stuff around on your back then to bother wasting your time with this shambles!

Horrible U-Haul experience. They ripped me off for a $25 cleaning bill when the vehicle was returned spotless (I swept it out myself). This is nothing more than a money grab. I will pay for what I owe, but will not tolerate theft. I am escalating to U-Haul corporate.

Excellent service. Quick and helpful!

if I could rate them zero I would, rude and not helpful at all, even after calling into customer service I was treated better and they agreed that this location blamed no internet to why they went ahead and cancelled my trailer on moving day. The trailer was there! They claimed they could not release it to me without doing up contracts over internet. They also refused to call head office while I stood there saying they already tried. I called in to head office who informed me they could have called in to have this taken care of, owners of this place refused to call them. They basically ignored my troubes and preferred to sell fishing lures to others. Customer service quickly got me a trailer elsewhere, don't waste your time! Rude and unprofessional. Go elsewhere, I have never ever had issues with the location at Skyways on the hwy even if I live closer to this place.
