Roy at Avis really went above and beyond for me! Did all he could to make sure I had a great car to take on my day trip to Niagara falls. As an under 25yo driver from India, it was fantastic that all I needed was my G drivers license and a credit card - too easy. Even got a personal lift back into town after returning my car! Plus there was trouble having a flat tire so guess what we did not get charged for that

Easy, quick rentals . I always get a nice car and very clean also. The manager is great to deal with. The guys that check the cars out with you also mention features that the car has.

Roy at Avis really went above and beyond for me! Did all he could to make sure I had a great car to take on my day trip to Ottawa. As an under 25yo driver from Australia, it was fantastic that all I needed was my AUS drivers license and a credit card - too easy. Even got a personal lift back into town after returning my car!

Arrived 3pm on a Sunday to pick up my reserved car only to find no cars available. I had reserved from noon that day as I was unsure of my schedule and confirmed with a credit card. Because I wasn't there at noon the clerk rented my car to someone else and blamed me for the entire problem. This was a reservation not an appointment, just because I wasn't there at noon didn't mean I wasnt coming. Clerk was completely unapologetic.
