Our van ended up needing an unexpected trip to the shop. Luckily, we were walking distance to an Enterprise - they didn’t have anything for us. We called around, apparently no locations had a car for us because we didn’t have an appointment. How were we suppose to know our van was going to break down? Finally, after 3 hours of calls and 30 minutes before they close, we ended up getting a car. Insane how much trouble we had to go through to rent a car..

THEY DESERVE 10NEGATIVE STARS WORST PLACE TO RENT CAR I WILL NEVER EVER RENT A CAR FROM..THE AGAIN.... VERY RUDE THEY NEVER HAVE THE CAR YOU WANT AND NEVER GIVE A FREE UPGRADE...... THEY TELL U 1 THING ON THE PHONE AND WHEN U GET THIERE TELL U SOMETHING DIFFERRNT... THEY CONSTANTLY CALLED ME HARASSING ME TO PAY MY BILL AFTER I PUT MY DEPOSIT DOWN I HAD RENTAL FROM 11/27-18 TO 12/14/18... I INFORMED THE GUY I WOULD PAY IN FULL WHEN I WAS DONE WITH THE CAR.... HE CALLED ALMOST EVERYDAY HARRASSING ABOUT MY BILL BILL LIKE I WAS NOT GOING TO PAY....THEN WHEN I DIDN'T ANWSER CALLED CORPORATE AND THEY WERE EVEN WORSE REPORTED THE RENTAL STOLEN ON TOP CHARGING ME FULL PRICE EXTRA 10-14TH AFTER MY INSURANCE SAID IN EMAIL THAT I SHOWED THEM WOULD COVER IT TO THE 12TH THEY STILL CHARGED ME FULL PRICE FOR THOSE 4DAYS I HATE ENTERPRISE NOW...I GET RENTALS ALL THE TIME BUT I WILL NEVER EVER GET A RENTAL CAR FROM ENTERPRISE EVER AGAIN THANKS AND IF U READING THIS AND YOU THINKING ABOUT IT RENTING A CAR FROM THEM RUNAWAY NOW BEFORE YOU HAVE TO DEAL WITH NASTY RUDE PEOPLE LIKE THE ONES AT ENTERPRISES

It was a painless and stress-free experience and it came right when it was needed. After being in an accident, your life can be dramatically altered, and, sometimes, the car rental portion of the procedure to get you back to your own vehicle I'd not always the "best part". But, that's where Enterprise busted that stereotype to pieces; it was by far the best part of these "accident aftershocks". For that small reprieve, during the hurricane of hell which is the period of time starting immediately after the impact of the vehicles, and ending when my I'm driving away, in my car when the ordeal is over. So, thanks Enterprise for being professional, reasonable, and honest. Sincerely, James T.

All good! The staff is super friendly, very efficient and helpful. The car was great, things could not have gone better. No one likes to have to rent a car, but next time we do, it'll be with Enterprise and hopefully at this location.
