This is a very professional place. Even came rt out and picked me up and brought me to their facility to pick up my rental. Chad was thorough on the rental agreement and to optional coverages which is a good idea for a longer term rental where y have a vehicle for a week or more. Will use them again when in the area.

Chelsea was extremely helpful and understanding of my situation. She sent someone to pick me up and bring me back to the office to get my rental car.

theyre detailing crew likes to steal wallets, and the service reps at the front counter will do very little to help resolve issues of missing items no matter how important they are. they'll just tell you " well certainly could not have been us, we're not perfect so our detailing crew can miss stuff, so it mustve been the guy who rented it right after you".... riiiiight. first of all, if the wallet goes missing on the 28th, but the cards arent used until the 30th (which is the day the car was taken back to enterprise), then we can establish a date that the wallet was found. second, if my dad couldnt find it doing a routine quick look through for his own items, then it mustve been hidden or tucked away under or in between a seat. so if thats the case, am i to believe that a detailer whos job it is to look at and clean those areas didnt see it, but some random renter thought to look under the passenger seat for lost gold?? third, the cards were used a few hours after it was taken back, but that doesnt matter because you cant give me a specific time it was brought back becasue of however you collect payments from insurers... thats B.S. Your shady, sketchy detailers stole my wallet and you dont care, and you dont want to acknowledge it. Do i even need to point out that's unprofessional, or even inconsiderate and disrespectful. so yeah i dont think you should do buisness here, with scummy people who couldnt care less about the security and well being of their customers.

I have always used Avis, as the prices and location worked better for me. Due to an accident I had to use Enterprise as my insurance company only deals with them. I have to say I am extremely surprised, impressed and enjoyed the experience! Which is saying a lot since the accident was not my fault and I was pretty upset as the car that I had hit is very special. From the very beginning when I was picked up by the porter, to the office to other interactions the staff was AMAZING!! Not only were they courteous and professional, but I believe that they went over and above in every aspect possible. Not to get into too many details, but I highly and wholeheartedly recommend this location and Enterprise rental. A little treat - when I dropped off my rental car (I have an AWESOME car, but I was still sad to see my rental go) - the regional manager (I believe) was in town and actually gave me a ride back to where I needed to go. He was a great guy and really cared about the business. He felt getting me (the customer) to my destination ASAP instead of having me lose important time was more important than any of the other work that he had going on. As all the staff was extremely busy with other customers he took it upon himself to transport me. If anyone out there believes that customer service is completely dead I recommend giving this Enterprise rental location a try and you will see that customer service is alive and well! Thank you Enterprise for the amazing experience!
