The service person did not say how much he was charging before processing payment. Rate for bringing in early was the same. Efficient service when picking up.

The guy behind the counter was OK, but asked that I come back in five minutes after he'd vacuumed the vehicle. When I returned to where the vehicle was, he was on a phone call, saw me, but returned to his call, in no particular hurry. He finished up with his call a minute later, we reviewed the marks on the vehicle, and I was on my way. Better customer service next time, please.

Not a very good experience with that specific branch. There was not a great customer service, and the car was dirty in some spots when we rented it. I do not recommend to rent there, they have some other rental branches that are way better..

I used to go here, but after now the 3rd reservation of them calling, emailing me, or me showing up at the time of my reservation to have them tell me they have no cars and offering no resolution, I’m done. Don’t book a car here for a weekend trip. Chances are you’ll have to pay increased rates at one of the reputable car rental places in the city for a last minute rental to cover the fact that this place overbooked and f***ed you. I feel like Seinfeld, “The reservation keeps the car here!!!”

Came here to pick up a car we booked and paid for a month in advance... Then we found out there was no car available. Furthermore, they offered no apology, refund or help. We also missed the event we were meant to be driving to. Appalling customer service. Still fighting to get this resolved, but being met with total indifference.
