I have been using this store for many years for all my rentals, I always had great experience with them. Friendly, understanding, flexible and in any problems you might have, they do their best to make it right... I used them for my last rental to Windsor, and I even thought about bringing wine for them ... Thats what kind of people you will be dealing... Cheers guys at Discount Laird.

Running organised scam. Got recommended from their Gyro Hyundai showroom , as they don't have loner car. Promised me a Toyota Corolla, then gave me Hyundai Accent with scratches all over the car. While returning the car in same condition accused me of getting new scratches which were already present on the car i showed them while taking delivery. While delivering the car back asked me why i didn't clicked pictures of the existing scratches before taking delivery. I regularly rent cars from various other companies, never has any rental company asked me if i had clicked pictures before delivery. Took my paper copy of my car insurance before handing out the car as well that should have been a red flag, now waiting for their confirmation after verification of false accusation of the new scratches. NEVER EVER again will use the services of DISCOUNT Car Rental.
