Was recommended to the location by my co-worker and I must say the location was clean and has a Very friendly staff, they greet you soon as you come through the door. the original gentleman who helped me 2 weeks ago was very detailed with the paper work explaining everything to me when I didn’t understand some things cause I never rented a car before. The young lady Patricia offered to pick me up and drop me off so I wouldn’t have to get a ride as well as offered their condolences cause they heard me on the phone discussing funeral arrangements for my father. Vechile I rented was clean and I ended up needing a rental again a few days ago and there was 2 gentleman, one was a new guy in training that was very helpful as well and he to was detailed and made sure i had transportation home when my ride was running behind. The driver who took me home was also friendly and well mannered. Overall, anytime I need a rental I will definitely continue to go to that location.

Best place to rent a car! I needed a car close to closing time and they not only got me in a car but the car was clean, inexpensive and the customer service was phenomonal! By far they receive 5 stars! Thank you again!

I have to travel occasionally for work so I initially reserved a vehicle a week in advance from another Enterprise location. When I called for a pickup, apparently my location was .0001 miles closer to this Greenfield location, so I had to have my reservation moved so it would be in the same "zone" as my pickup location. First strike, BS service.. When I finally arrived after a late pickup, I was presented with a vehicle that just went through a check-in cleaning from my observations. I was already late so I took the keys and left. After spending 5 hours driving, I realized a couple things: First, there seemed to be a faint smoke smell. Second, the car was at the end of its life as a rental vehicle at 50k miles with 0% oil life remaining (it reminded me at every startup) and something awful going on with a rear wheel bearing. We'll consider these strikes two and three. The hours of droning led me to swap out the car when I reached my destination for the week. That enterprise location was also disappointed with the quality of the vehicle. Overall, my experience was disappointing and I will be finding a way to go with another location in the future, even if I have to pay for the ride.

I rented a car from Enterprise on March 20th, they picked me up at my home and took me to their office in Oak Park. The rental was easy and simple. The agents were courteous and kind. Since I had reserved the car online, I was helped immediately. If I ever need to rent again i will definitely go there. TAM

Staff was friendly and helpful, explained everything about the rental, insurance, and road service if it was needed. I was in the office no more than 10 minutes. Returning the vehicle was just as easy in and out within 5-10 minutes. I would recommend this office to all of my friends. Thank you Enterprise staff for making my first car rental experience awesome.
