Incredible customer service. I forget two pairs of sunglasses (my favorite ones too). Unfortunately the car was rented out an hour after I turned it in. They contacted the person who rented the car and found my sunglasses. Happy customer here and will make sure to rent from here in the future. They're open even on Sundays, unlike most other places.

Excellent service and staff at the 18 and van dyke location. Asked for a GM vehicle and were not sure they would have one. On the day of pickup they had 2 to choose from. Perfect!!! Would like to see more GM vehicles available especially in Michigan. Thanks again!!!
