Word of warning: you cannot park your car anywhere on their lot and DDO does not allow overnight parking on the street. The reason for the poor rating: was told by enterprise when I called to verify availability that I could park across the street. Went all the way over there and absolutely no way to leave a car parked anywhere. I rent from Enterprise for business every month and this is the only location where I have experienced this nonsense. What a waste of time.

Attention!! They don't let you parking your car at the parking lot......Waited 30 min for pick up and all the paper work. Get told at the end that I have to move my car....And another 20 min to cancel the contract...Why dont yoy mark this on your resevation page? Or let me know the first second I get into your office? What a waste of time

Very courteous staff. I have always been very happy with the service. Will always recommend renting a car from here. No hidden fees.

Web site allows you to make a reservation and you planning fot your trip an hotel and every thing, then entreprise call tou to tell you that SORRY no car available. The system make mistakes so you have to find a way out for your trip and handel the cancellation fees etc... When you call to make an reservation, there's no answer so you have to go online and the same problem. Last time for me and my family. Bye bye entreprise
