Great experience renting a car from them while in Montreal! They were understaffed in the lot due to employees being sick. The one thing was that I was told that if I wanted a vehicle with winter tires that it would cost an extra $60 a day!! I declined of course as I am an experienced off-road driver and didn't require them! 😉😆

The Montreal hertz location is the worst location I've experienced. Both cars on my list rental were dirty and best up... I've been well pleased with Hertz stations in the USA and Europe.

While I understand a lot of people had negative experience, mine was good. The only issue, like always with every company, look around the car - I have found a dent which was not marked on the rental agreement, so I immediately called for a member of staff who agreed with me and has corrected the agreement. Pick-up and drop-off fast and stress-free.

They never have the car you reserved, I don’t understand why you were able to reserve it then ?!

Very positive experience returning car. Fast, courteous, and helpful. Location conveniently located near the terminal, where all the other rental companies are located. Was upgraded on car size.
