Best experience. As they didn't have the car I booked they gave me an awesome refund and a free upgrade. Besides a super polite and casual service. I couldn't be more satisfied.

Good rental location but it is overpriced since it's an airport location. Never had issues with them however. They always had the car I rented or gave me an upgrade. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I rent cars a lot and those guys are the safest way to do so. Keep up the good work!

I regularly rent a car using the Montreal airport location. I rent premium cars. The cars are most of the time filthy outside and sometimes inside. Also, very so often the cars have defects such as the alarm light displayed on the dashboard to change the oil and check the engine. This time the trunk door did not close properly. If it helps, I have tried other brands (Avis, Hertz, etc.) in the same airport. They are not any better. However, the cars are cleaner.

I've rented from this company many times in the past and have a corporate account with them as well. I picked up a truck from the airport location in montreal but this time the agent was beyond aggressive and confrontational. He threatened to cancel my reservation because I declined the "optional" insurance! He demanded I prove I have personal car insurance to rent the pick up. His manager, who was standing next to him, finally stepped in and said we only need your driver licenses and credit card. Unfortunately he then made the experience worst by saying if you total the truck we will sue you. I completely understand that I am liable but there are better ways to pass the message to a client especially coming from someone who is supposed to be a manager. I told them about their customer service and they invited me to take my business elsewhere!!! I would have if I wasn't picking up the truck past 11pm. Their lack of respect and customer service completely ruined the relationship I had with this company.

Did one trip with them. Car selection is alright, service is good and stuff is very friendly. Both cars were clean inside and outside. Although they need to maintained cars better: when we took it to the car service because of the flat tire, it turned out to also have a bump in another tire (which could have exploded along the way!) and a dirty air filter.
