Excellent experience! The staff was nice. Picked up my keys and was on the road within 10 minutes. Would highly recommend.

We have been renting cars all over the world for many years, often with Avis - but never have we had to queue for so long to get attention, or been treated with so little regard. The queue when we arrived must have been 20 people long, and over the 2 hour queuing time it doubled. There was no sign of urgency from the staff. No one else was called In to help. There was no apology. Just a long, slow-moving queue of remarkably patient, but increasingly frustrated people. We are preferred customers, but the man at the preferred desk had refused to deal with us and had sent us to the general desk, with no charm, no explanation and In a way that was anything but helpful. You have to ask where the management was, and whether they consider this level of customer service acceptable. Come on, Avis, you can do much, much better than this. Start respecting your customers and valuing their loyalty. Do this again and we’re going to another company.

The car was not clean, but mechanically fine. Customer Service is truly abysmal. I think I waited longer in the preferred line than I would have in the regular line. Staff are brusque at best. Polite and pleasant service is unknown here.

We had a car pick up at 3:30 and by 3:59 we were still at the end of the queue. Only one person was at the desk. I first t I didn't believe the review saying it was an outrageous line up. Unfortunately, as you can see from the picture posted below, it's chaotic. I absolutely do not recommand this place nor advice anyone to step in here if they don't want to waste their time. I wish those reviews would be given to the franchise owner because it's beyond unacceptable to make your customers wait like this. Also while calling before booking a car, I asked if there would be a long line up according to the review., the person on the line said, no that doesn't happen often. Liar, pathetic.

Thieves! My reservation CLEARLY shows a total that I agreed to and booked. Then they charge me an extra $140 on my return for no reason! Unbelievable. I’m an Avis Preferred member and they stole $140 from me and the manager of this location can’t be bothered to call me back. Avoid at all costs unless you want to get robbed.
