Save time at Montreal airport, Make your departure easier by entrusting the vehicle to one of our valets. Be welcome and return the vehicle directly to the airport without going throught by the branch. Meet your valet in front of the drop-off area (departure). Hand over the car keys. After a check-up (photos), your valet takes in charge the vehicle and drives it to the branch. No more stress before departures!

ZERO STARS. Worst car rental in my life. Van driver picking up at airport was filled with rage and wasted time getting into a screaming argument with a car he thought didn't unload its passenger fast enough. He kept walking back to his window to shout at him. Then screamed at other drivers as he drove. Checking out the car, from calling for a ride to leaving the lot, took an hour and a half. Car was an SUV and we reserved a compact... had to pay tons more for gas. We were well over an hour at the counter, even though we had already filled in all our information. The clerk just kept staring at the computer screen... apparently doing nothing. When we finally got the car it hadn't been cleaned was filled with cracker crumbs.... we had to wait longer for them to clean it. When we checked it in, the guy who was assigned to do that hadn't been trained at all and didn't know what to do. When I said we had a flight to catch he hid behind another van to get trained. Of course when I asked to speak to the manager was told he wasn't there.

Was afraid due to some negative reviews I had read about long lines and waits at this rental agency. But, I only waited around 35 minutes for their shuttle, and when I got to their actual location, there was no one else there, and everything went great. I rented my car very quickly. I asked the two shuttle drivers who drove me to and from the airport about the scary reviews of long lines and long waits, and they said they are from customers all piling off of (mainly) European flights all at once, some on time but some having been delayed, during the tourist season. So, many people can show up all at once wanting their rental. I guess alot of their customers are European. Since I was during the off season I had a great experience. I had intended to do a one-way rental to Sherbrooke but changed my mind and drove the car back, which again was no problem.

It was a little unclear as where to catch the shuttle, the phone number provided by Expedia website didn't reach anyone!? After waiting about 45 minutes at the airport we finally got into the shuttle service, the counter service was busy, I had book a full size vehicle, got an SUV instead, for same price but we had a lots of driving to do, so turned out a bit more gasoline expenses than expected, however it was very comfortable the vehicle had small damages previously mentioned but no issues. The return was quick and courteous we were a little bit late and I was told it's not a problem. The shuttle service was my main concern.
