Worst experience ever! I traveled all over the world and rent cars all over the world, this company is the worst i had, they gave us free 5 allowed drivers, and when we took an expensive uber to come back and rent the car, they claimed that it wasn’t true and we had to pay extra 15 dollars per day per driver, since we had no choice, we agreed and rent the car for 7 days, during our travel we decided to add 1 extra day, for our surprise they charged that day for almost double price, since they don’t consider it as part of the 7 days package we already had. Anyway, I understand they the workers may work by the policies, but if i were you, id look somewhere else to rent my car

I got a flat tire, so CAA quebec brought my car to the closest garage to change my tire. I was next to this rent a car company. Got my rental in 30 minutes, fair prices, no reservation. they helped a lot and I appreciate their understanding. Thanks again.

Never do any reservation at this location the manager service is sucks they are Unprofessional .

I rented a car through my insurance company and when I brought it back I went through the closing details and the girl that served me Emilie mentioned that all was good and that I would get my full security deposit back. Scammers. I checked my credit card back and they charged me an x$$ as they said gas wasn’t filled up. I called them up and was answered by a woman that put me on hold for 24 minutes and finally a man who answered one of the managers was and was pretty disrespectful, unprofessional, mocking me. He told me he wasn’t rude with me and had a client in front of him as a witness lol. What an ass. He also called me and quote “ Hai Pappi “. SERIOUSLY !!! What management speaks like that to a customer. I should have recorded him and out it on YouTube. I was in denial about the bad reviews, but I can honestly say, they are extremely unprofessional and all agree with all the BAD REVIEWS !! This will be he last time I will come here and hope others will actually listen to the people that have posted bad reviews because none of it is fake, it’s is all true.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION- Manager is extremely rude and unprofessional. Do not give them your hard earned money. I had a pick up scheduled for 12 (noon) today as a Wawanesa client, to bring me from my garage to their location. At 12:15, no car, so I call in and the rep says they'll send a car to my location and it will arrive in 20-25 minutes. Okay, slight misunderstanding. At 12:45, still no car, so I call back in and speak to the joke of a manager called Jean. Once I explain my dissatisfaction at them being late and that I had to be somewhere, he says they cannot control delays and that they were not late. Between noon and 12:45 definitely seems late to me, but maybe his concept of time is also a bit skewed. Upon persisting that they are not in the wrong, I didn't like his tone of voice so I said I do not like your customer service and hung up. The driver arrives around 12:55 and takes me to the location. Once inside, I present my driver's ID and credit card to the rep at the front desk, she starts processing my rental and has to call Wawanesa to confirm some details. In this time, the manager comes out from the back room and points me out as the Wawanesa client. "You! You hung up on me didn't you?" (as I'm speaking to his employee)- I answer, "Yes. I did not appreciate your customer service". He proclaims he's given me the best service to which I say your google reviews say otherwise. At this point he asks me who am I to tell him how to talk, I respond "The client". This clearly triggered him as he says "OK Mr. Client, how about this? I have no cars for you. Take a cab home, I have no car for you. Get out". This is where I start recording. At this point I'm being "thrown out" of the store for simply saying I did not appreciate the way he spoke to me and that I have a right to voice my disapproval as a client. As I am leaving, he remarks "You know I'm black right? Let's take this outside" (in what world is this professional conduct? Enterprise do you provide any type of corporate guidelines to your franchisees?). Instigating he wants to fight. I'm shocked, appalled, and worried that a location like this has been in business since 1997. Once again, DO NOT GIVE THIS BUSINESS YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY. A couple returning their vehicle to 1555 Cure Labelle saw the altercation and gave me a lift to the location on 2046 Des Laurentides. MAKE THE DETOUR AND GO TO 2046 DES LAURENTIDES, way better service. Jean- Cheer up, you have a business to run and clearly my experience is not one-of-a-kind. A LOT of people don't like the way you treat and speak to them, your employees looked so disheartened when I asked "So this is your boss?". I will be taking this to corporate.
