This has to be the worst car rental experience i've ever had. I am extreamly dissapointed with the lack of customer service. When faced with a problem they do not try to help with finding solutions to making the customer happy or make you feel like they are trying. Instead i was having a problem with my credit card and couldnt pay for the deposit. They wouldnt accept another credit card they dont accept debit or cash and all they wanted to do is clear their hands from any blame. I ended up cancelling my rental. Everything was so complicated. All that to save a few dollars. Instead i lost my full rental cost. I feel guilty for even looking elsewhere than Entreprise. I guess i'm to blame in the end...

No good service the workers laugh in ur face when there is a problem no class all they want is ur money dont reserve nothing because they will say they dont have it and try to pass you sumthing else and the people that do give good ratings to this place must be there buddies cuz i really dont see anything good about that place

I want to thank Hussam for the excellent customer service he provided earlier today when I came to rent a car. In addition to picking me up and bringing me to Discount Car and Rental, he went out of his way to make sure that I was comfortable with the car that had been assigned to me (he even defrosted all the windows for me while I waited inside). It's the first time I've ever had to rent a car and I couldn't have been happier with my experience. Thanks so much Hussam!

Rent a truck with the option of keeping my own insurance, one of the rear view mirors felt on the highway just like, when I returned the car they apologized and gave me a credit for. Few months after their insurance officers wrote me an email charging me 250$ for the damaged miror!!!! I explained the case and refused to pay but few weeks after I found that they took the money from my master card!!!!! Sooo unfair....
