I am a working professional who rents from Avis on a monthly basis. I rented from this location for 3 nights and unfortunately I must say it was the WORST rental location out of all the AVIS locations. The black dude who works there is rude and has no concept of customer service. The car I was given had a cracked windshield and the meter displayed constant sign that the engine was due for maintenance. When I told him, he picked up the phone and called somebody and spoke in french dissing his customer assuming I did not speak French. Very limited options of cars and the cars that were available were out of maintenance. AVOID renting from this location overall.

Been renting regularly with Avis/Budget for a long time now, and this location is my favorite, always got a good service and really competitive price. Ask for Jeffrey, He always tries his best to please the customer. Thumbs up.

I know Avis/Budget to be a good company, as I've rented cars there before. The price was competitive. I wasn't advised of the amount that will be blocked on my card as security (which turned out to be higher than I expected). The car type I reserved wasn't available and I was only offered to take a large minivan which is too large for my needs and consumes more gas. Can't drop off the car and keys after work hours, so I had to return early morning at opening time, and even 15 min after the opening time, the branch wasn't open yet! so I had to wait for a while in the car by the sidewalk ...
