It is not a car rental company. It is a robbery company. Be careful when you rent a car from Discount. This branch charged me not once, not twice, but four times. I rent a car from this branch on January 2, 2019, and supposed to return the car to Waterloo, ON branch on January 4, 2019. I paid 450 CAD when I took the car (i.e., Jan 2). I returned the car to Waterloo branch on January 3 with a full tank. Now after a month (exactly 33 days), they charged me another 450 CAD and two 322.68 CAD. They don't even bother themselves to call me or send me an email because they don't want me to know what is going on. "Better to remain silent and ..." Isn't it a robbery? What if I didn't check my credit card account!!? I do my best not to pay to US companies when there is a Canadian alternative, but in this case, be aware of Discount. Be aware of Discount.

Not a good service. Cars are not clean. I advised the owner twice, but the problem still persists. The gas tank was NOT full. But they claim so, take your signature and ask you to return it full. To compare, see photos below, when I rent the car and when I filled the tank.

The customer service is very poor and unpleasent comparing to other car rental companies. I reserved a car, but arrived earler to see if it is possible to rent it earlier. One agent told me I can come back in 30 to 40 minutes the car will be ready. The lady agent disagreed. I came back about an hour later, expected that the car would be ready. The lady agent told me that the car is available, but cannot rent it to me until the reservation time. She said if I want the car earlier, I should reserve it earlier. I asked why I cannot have it since it is already available, she said it was being washed at the time. So I waited untill the researvation time. When I received the car, it was as dirty as it can be inside and outside. The mats in the driver's and passenger's seats are full of dirt, the windows are very dirty, the body of the car is also very dirty. I think we deserve much better services than this.

Ça fait plusieurs fois que je loue chez eux. Toutes les autres fois ça c'était super bien passé. Cette fois-ci c'était un vrai bordel. On avait réservé deux mois d'avance et c'était une longue fin de semaine. Notre réservation était à 10h ainsi que la réservation de 3 autres personnes et 2 autres personnes à 10h30. On est tous arrivés pour se faire dire que les véhicules qu'on avait réservés n'étaient pas disponibles et qu'ils ne savaient pas quand ils arriveraient. On était les premiers à être arrivés pour notre heure de réservation, donc on a été les premiers à recevoir nos clés quand les véhicules sont arrivés, mais on a quand même dû attendre jusqu'à 11h30 (1h30 d'attente!). Les personnes après nous ont eu 2h+ d'attente. Le véhicule en tant que tel était très bien, mais à l'avenir on risque de faire affaire avec une autre compagnie.
