Worst Service ever. Not just this place but all Enterprise. Booked a SUV full size 3 days before to go on a trip. They call me 3 hours before the trip to tell me it’s not available. Had to look in all the city for a truck as big and I ended up paying 2 times more with another company because I was last minute. Tried to call many times to many enterprise numbers but always the same anwser : « we’re sorry ». All right good you’re sorry. That’s fine mistake happen.. But god help your customers after you made a mistake. Never again

Everything was fine. Staff was friendly and helpful. Car was clean with a full tank of gas. Picked me up and dropped me off. Since they picked me up, finding the location in the car dealership was not an issue for me. Thanks!

Réservation faite pour un gros VUS depuis 4 jours pour tôt le matin, on m'appelle à 16h la veille pour me dire qu'ils n'ont pas le véhicule. J'ai à peine 1h pour trouver un autre VUS ailleurs, mais j'apprends que les militaires ont loués tous les VUS disponibles pour 1 à 2 mois, on ne se demandera pas où est passé ma location de 4 jours, ils l'ont clairement loué au gouvernement (plus payant). Je demande une alternative, on me propose une vanne, mais je ne peux pas la retourner le samedi, car ils sont fermés, alors on me charge la fin de semaine au complet si je veux le véhicule! Aucun compromis, ils se foutent bien de leur client!

Préposé en retard à l ouverture, véhicules loués sans essence dans le reservoir, personnel peu serviable. Complètement le contraire de leurs annonces à la télévision. Follow up J au transmis l info a l adresse de la réponse et je n ai jamais eu de retour. Du gros n importe quoi
