Used to be very good, as of now they have “no” cars, I reserved a ca and they didn’t have what I reserved. also the pricing is massed up, you book for one price and you pay a different price, usually it’s they change it to the the cheaper price, but I recently paid more than I expected to pay, I agree it was a very very good price, but it’s not legitimate to pay more than your booking was. also they don’t have any service in the US, and they don’t care about you if you have any issue If you don’t take the overpriced insurance coverage.

Used to be a great place where you got good cars for good prices. But unfortunately - since they have changed the staff - this is not the case anymore, you can wait very long (I myself once waited more than an hour to get my car), the staff is not always very friendly and helpful, and the cars and (mainly) trucks are not always in best condition. For my last rental they charged me by mistake twice ($1100!) and I'm waiting already a few weeks to get my money back!!! U/D Got my money after almost 2 months but it was refunded to wrong credit card.........

Quick and good service from the staff on site. The car was slightly dirty, and the inside could do with some vacuuming but other than that, it was a good experience.

I booked a hyundai accent for one day but they gave me a 2017 toyota yaris with 56344 km on it, moreover the back bumper had a damage. The rep said tank is full and I have to pay for it in advance. I said I want to take the car with a full tank and bring it back with a full tank and that I did not want to buy the gas in advance but the rep insisted that I had to buy the whole tank. I said I will probably drive less than 500Km and that is little for a Yaris with a full tank. I did not want to argue anymore and paid 64 dollars for a full yaris fuel tank. But unfortunately I could only make 440km!! I expected to make at least 800km. I drove from Montreal to Ottowa and back, mainly on highway, the consumption of a yaris is only 4.1liters/100km for highway. I had to exit the highway and buy additional gas. I bought 12 liters and paid 18 dollars. With just 12 liters gas the fuel gauge showed half full.!! When returning the car I said the fuel gauge is not functioning properly and that they have to refund me at least 50-55 dollars the rep said they can not make a refund. They owe me 50-55 dollars. I definitely can not recommend. Stay away from this branch. Update: They refunded me 50.86 CAD to my credit card. I can recommend this branch again. :)
