Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Excellent service quick and easy. I booked everything on-line and was super fast pickup when I came in, everything was already done. excellent car very clean and happy with driving it. I will be back again.

This place is an absolute nightmare. I had rented a vehicle in Toronto, Ontario and dropped it off here. I left a pillow in the rental. Of course it's my mother's favorite pillow. I called to see if I could arrange to get it shipped somehow. They told me they did indeed have the pillow and I could come pick it up. When I explained that I was hoping they could help me to arrange to have it shipped, they told me flat out no and were very rude about it. I then spoke to the assistant manager who was not rude but also told me he could not help and I had to call head office in Montreal. I asked to speak to the store manager. He told me he was not there. I then called Montreal customer service and was in the automated system for ages. They had no option for customer service only claims and damage. So I spoke with them. They were also extremely rude. At this point I was extremely frustrated and had wasted a couple hours of time just to get to that point. I then proceeded to call head office in USA and spoke to a woman named Sarah who was very friendly and helpful. She apologized for being treated so poorly and said she would email them requesting the to contact me to arrange shipping of the pillow and if I didn't hear from them in a couple days then to call back and they would escalate it. Of course I waited and did not hear from them. Today I called them back and the person I spoke with confirmed they still had my pillow and I could pick it up. Again, I explained the situation and he told me he couldn't help me. I asked for the manager and he said he was away. I asked until when? He said next week. So apparently they have no manager there. I then asked if he could try and help me and he said no and hung up the phone on me. I then proceeded to call back twice and when he heard my voice he just put me on hold and never came back. The whole experience has been a complete nightmare. Horrible. Worst customer service you can imagine. I was of course completely frustrated and annoyed. I have now wasted hours and hours of my life on these rude people. I don't know what's going on with enterprise in Montreal and at that location specifically but I cannot stress enough how terrible the whole experience has been. I proceeded to call the USA customer service back and they were very sorry and understanding. They have taken my information and said the vice president of the area would contact me. I would give the review less than one star if I could. They definitely need to look into new management and staff at that location as well as they're Montreal head office and automated system. What a nightmare.
