Good price but we had to wait more than 1h30 to get a car (we had a reservation). the same scenario repeats quite often... The staff is nice and friendly.

I've been going to this place for many years and the service never let me down, and for a good price.

Terrible experience! I had reserved a mini van which was required to transport our band gear for a tour to Ontario. Shortly after arriving to pick up my previously confirmed rental I was told they did not have a mini van or a vehicle of equivalent size. They offered no discount or compensation for their mistake and could not accommodate us. We were lucky enough to borrow a vehicle from a friend last minute otherwise our travel plans would have been completely destroyed. Thanks Discount! I also overheard they had 5 other mini van rentals for the day and did not plan ahead to have enough vehicles available
